Sunday Afternoon Reading with Robert Weinstock: Can You Dig It? and
Gilbert Ford: Flying Lessons

Thursday, February 11, 7–9PM

Two of our favorite Brooklyn-based kids' writer/illustrators join us to lead a read-aloud, book signing, and hands-on arts and crafts in celebration of their brand-new picture books. Brightly illustrated and whimsical, Weinstock's Can You Dig It? will delight dinosaur lovers of all ages with page after page of zany rhymes and paleotrivia.  In Ford's Flying Lessons, a tight bunch of pigeons thinks the newest member of their flock is for the birds until he teaches them a new way to fly (hint: it helps to have an engine).
