About the Book.
About the Author.
John Tottenham’s poetry, essays and performances have led to him being described as “our preeminent contemporary poete maudit.” A unique purveyor of magnanimous misanthropy and magical cynicism, he is the author of one novel—to be published in 2025 by Semiotext(e))—numerous essays, and four volumes of poetry: The Inertia Variations, Antiepithalamia & Other Poems of Regret and Resentment, and The Hate Poems. His new collection, Fresh Failure, is published by Hat & Beard Press this Spring.

Her love of art and performance had led to her singing in operas, composing for orchestra, acting in a handful of indie movies, and walking down runways. She is active as a professional church organist, classical singer, and piano teacher.
