Raised in the West Village by her mother, fashion designer Cynthia Rowley, Kit grew up at the intersection of style and creativity, shaping her own voice as the next generation of tastemakers. She shares approachable Italian American-inspired recipes, elevated entertaining ideas, and a playful yet chic aesthetic, self-described as “young Martha Stewart stuck in Blair Waldorf’s plotline.” Balancing storytelling with entrepreneurship, Kit has collaborated with leading global brands while also supporting community-driven initiatives such as Edible Schoolyard NYC and the Food Bank for NYC. She is a graduate of Columbia University’s Graduate School of Journalism and the University of Michigan School of Music, Theatre & Dance, where she won several Hopwood awards including the Leonard and Eileen Newman Writing Prize in Fiction (2020).
