Join us for our annual kids holiday party! Pose for a glamor shot with Santa and listen to some holiday themed readings by some David Soman and Jacky Davis (illustrator and author of Ladybug Girl and the Big Snow) and Maria Modugno, Jane Dyer, and Brooke Dyer (the team behind Santa Claus and the Three Bears).
About the Ladybug Girl and the Big Snow team:
David Soman and Jacky Davis are a husband-and-wife creative team—they write the Ladybug Girl books together, and then David illustrates them. Their children and family experiences inspire their books.
About the Santa Claus and the Three Bears team:
Maria Modugno is a lifelong lover of reading and books. A children’s book editor, she was inspired to write her first story by the antics of the polar bears at the Central Park Zoo. Maria lives in New York City.
Jane Dyer is the illustrator of the New York Times bestselling Cookies series by Amy Krouse Rosenthal as well as numerous other award-winning picture books. She lives and works in a hundred-year- old brick house in Northampton, Massachusetts. You can visit Jane online at www.janedyerbooks.com.
Brooke Dyer is the illustrator of Sleep, Black Bear, Sleep by Jane Yolen and Heidi E. Y. Stemple and Mama Always Comes Home by Karma Wilson. Brooke lives in Lincoln, Massachusetts, with her husband, three young children, and their dog, Sophie.
